Several weeks ago I told the saga of buying a Pioneer Elite from an online superstore and the problems I had when I had no proof of the extended 3 year warranty. I am glad to say the problem has been resolved. I received my extended warranty by FedEx overnight delivery which I made copies of and then sent it on to the company which registers the warranty. This time I sent it FedEx so I have proof it was sent. For those of you who responded to my posts during that time.... thanks for the support and advice. I learned a valuable lesson in keeping up with all paperwork and unfortunately these days... you have to make sure other people do their job also.
