What's up with Express.com?Supposedly they are back in business trying to win back customers with the summer sale.I placed an order a week ago,started with about 8 titles and gradually cut that back to 3 as they changed their status from available to back order because I didn't want to pay a huge shipping bill for several separate deliveries.They are still listed as processing order after one week.For a company that used to offer 2-3 day delivery this is absurd.Also the only customer service number listed is either always busy or answers with "nobody's avilable."Has anyone received a delivery yet or is this all bullshit like they buy videos.com $1 laser disc sale of a couple of years ago?

Well, they emailed with their "we're really sorry about our past wrongs and would like to make it up to you" spiel, but if you're out of the US you can't place an order....
CS got back to me a week later saying it was a temporary glitch, of course the sale titles I wanted are out of stock or twice the price, and the system still won't take out of US credit cards.
Things have changed how? Thanks for nothin!

If you examine their web page, they still have no current titles. It appears that they are only trying to sell old inventory. Interesting titles were difficult to find.

Just today I received my X Files season 2 box set, which I ordered 7/29 - not too shabby from my perspective. It's something I wasn't in a hurry for, and I didn't mind that the status was 'processing' for a couple days. At $75 for the box, I think I got a really good deal.....
