Has anyone had any negative experiences with ONECALL while purchasing an RPTV ? I'm about to pull the trigger on a Panny, but I've never shopped with onecall before.

They are very well regarded at another home theater forum..I have a friend that has purchased a few things, and said they were good to deal with..if that helps
