Some time back I posted a question as to what you all thought it would take to build a 480 liter enclosure for a pair of Tempests. Needless to say, it would be very large, and very heavy. What do you think of putting my current sono tube inside a second enclosure. The outside shell, so to speak would do nothing, other than just "look" like a media cabinet setting next to the RPTV. The cabinet on the other side will hold all the components. Do you think the voids between the round sono and the square cabinet would color the sound at all?, even though they would be part of the air space being used by the speakers. More of a echo thing??

Yeap it's been done, can't remember any of the websites right now.

Probably wouldn't effect the performance, but for peace of mind you could fill the voids with minimally expanding foam.
