    Your sig rule #6 states:
    6. Equipment Lists: Please do NOT include a list of your HT equipment. This can cause erroneous results when people search for information.
From personal experience, I'd have to disagree. Upon further investigation (through the work of an admin at 2cpu.com), I feel pretty confident in saying the search engine does not include sig's in the queried data. Perhaps you'd consider revising that rule?

A better idea would be to add an "equipment list" field to the user profile, accessible via a link on each post.

    Daren,

This reulr is left over from the old UBB forum. I also noticed that VB ignored sigs in Searches- but I think the ownership would rather people leave their gear out of their sig as we have enough problems with "too long" sig files as it is.

I would suggest setting up a webpage for your gear... and supplying a link in your sig.

Well, if everyone had a personalized 104-pixel-tall pic in their sig, then I guess adding 4 lines to list HT components would be a bit over the top. [IMG]
