Enterprise - Anyone have static on the HD Broadcast? (1 Viewer)

This is the second time this has happened. We get a ton of static on Enterprise HD with UPN 50 out of Detroit.

I honestly can't remember if the last time I had it was with the Voom OTA box but I certainly have it with the Dish 811 OTA. I know all the 811 problems but mine has been flawless and most of what we watch is OTA HD, never a problem.

There was no static for Augments Part 3. I didn't catch Ep 1 of the Vulcan arc on HD.

It was so bad we went and watched it on SD in the other room via Dish and it was fine.

It also is only Enterprise, never during commercials or anything else, never get static any other time on 50.

I experienced it again last night on KMAX-DT (Sacramento UPN affiliate). It's not a general UPN network HD problem since the Wednesday night Veronica Mars had perfect audio.

I do think that last nights problem seemed slightly less severe than the previous weeks Enterprise broadcast.

Do you mean breakup from lost signal? There's no such thing as "static" on any form of digital broadcast, since the signal is all-or-nothing. If it's a picture quality issue, I'd call the station. We can't get UPN in HD here, but the "transfers" I've seen look good enough.
