What should the crossover frequency dial be set at n the back of the sub? Thanks!

It depends on your sub, room size, etc. However, it's generally accepted that it should be somewhere between 80 and 120Hz. On my Sony WM40 (12"), it's set somewhere close to 100Hz and that's worked pretty good for me. The only accurate way to dial it in is with AVIA (or Video Essentials, etc)and their myriad of test tones. Good luck!

If your feeding it a sub out or LFE signal, the sub's crossover should be maxed or better yet disabled entirely.
