    Hello,

I'm fairly new to the HT world. A good friend of mine suggested Energy Connoiseurs C-7s. I also plan on getting the sub, center and rears... I have only been able to find them in one store and their prices seemed very high. Does anyone know of any good shops that sell these speakers in Toronto? I'm also looking for a pioneer vsxd811s. Would these to components make a good match?

    Thanks,
    Eddie

    Hi
You can go to this site and look for authorized dealers in the area.
    http://www.energy-speakers.com/
In Toronto, Bay Bloor Radio sells Energy speakers
    http://www.baybloorradio.com/ - for directions
In Brampton, there is a store named Canadian Sound which sells Energy also - it's located at Queen St and the 410
    http://www.canadiansound.com/
I've been to both, and the salesmen i've spoken to have been very helpful (i bought my Denon and Energy's from Bay Bloor)
Denon receivers are a good match for Energy speakers
    Hope this helps

How does $2000 cdn taxes in sound for:
    2- C7’s
    2- CR1’s
    1- CC1
    1- 10.2 Sub
    Has anyone found better prices?

Is the Pioneer D811S a good fit with this system? Should I be looking for more out of the reciever? Maybe a Marantz 7300?

I can't help with the pricing, but I would suspect that you might quickly outgrow the sub, depending on the size of your room and your listening levels and software content. Food for thought.

    Martin.
