Found this at my local BestBuy today for $14.99

It is in the Verve Master Edition line. High resolution 96kHz, 24-bit digital transfer.

Sounds awesome. A major improvement over the earlier pressing. Has all the original cover art plus new liner notes focusing on Ella and Frank DeVol--who conducted and did most of the arrangements.

The original twelve tracks are presented in their original order and there are six bonus tracks. Three are alternate takes from the same sessions (1959 & 1960). The other three are songs that were released as 45s -- Christmas Island, The Secret of Christmas, and a medley of We Three Kings/O Little Town of Bethlehem.

In a nice touch, this release is dedicated in memory of Ray Brown, Sr. who died earlier this year. Brown was a prolific jazz bassist who was also Fitzgerald's husband.

Very nice package, indeed, to start off your holiday music season.

This is a studio album re-issued, right, not a compilation?
