easy bass trap (rolls of fiberglass) (1 Viewer)

I've done alot of reading about bass traps and I wish to utilize rolls of fiberglass stacked on top of each other in the front of my theater room from the surface of the stage (about 6" high) to the ceiling (about 7' above the stage). I have the room to do this in both front corners. The question is do I put the rolls up against the walls of the corner or do I position the stack of rolls back a few inches from the corner? I guess another question that comes to mind is...are the rolled bales of insulation better than using the packaged long bales of insulation? Thanks. Dan.

When I built mine I was told by people on here to put them a few inches out from the corners, so that's what I did. I built frames with some wire, 2x2's, and some MDF circles and stuffed them with rolls of insulation.
