Does anybody know where I can get some Dynaudio's online instead of going to a local dealer wanting to screw me over. Thanks.

Like most brands, I don't beleive they sell online.

IMO, I wouldn't call a dealer screwing you over either. How else would you audition any speakers? [IMG]

Wow what faith you have in your local dealers. Looks like you're going to have to find one somewhere since they do not sell online.

And if you go into your dealer's thinking they're going to screw you over...well then...if they screwed people over consistently, would they be in business?

Im not saying all dealers are bad. We have a couple here that are good. Their is only one dealer here that sells Dynaudio. Since he is the only dealer it is easier to get what you want. He was trying to sell me some Dynaudios 52's for 1000. I have seen them retail for $800. ITs like buying an Apple computer, no competition and no deals. Im not looking for a super deal, but competition is always good.

The MSRP for Dynaudio Audience 52 is $1000.

$800 is the current MSRP for the Audience 42 (and $900 for the 42C).

The Audience 52SE are MSRP $1400 (and this is a great deal, since they are really Dynaudio Contours in a Audience cabinet).

But these are great speakers!!! You'd be hard put to find something better in the same price range, even at full retail.

Anyway, you won't find any online dealers that are authorized Dynaudio dealers.

    My HT has: Audience 72/122C/52SE/62/SUB30-A

    Paul,

Have you tried Auto Specialties in Provo? I know they're not listed as a home speaker dealer, but they're worth a try. They gave me scary-good deals on my Paradigms after I stopped going to the local dealer (who screwed me over by double-billing me both on my Paradigms and the Denon receiver I had bought there). I also checked their pricing on McIntosh, Anthem and B&K, so I'm confident you'd get a good deal on Dynaudio there.
