They should have included Joan Collins and Heather Locklear interviews, this being their first season. How about a Nolan Miller interview talking about the costumes?
Other than that, all I can say is, with the exception the crummy Movielab optical work (no good dupe stock existed prior to 1986 according to our own Robert A. Harris), season 2 (I've just started it) is gorgeous, gorgeous, GORGEOUS! Now I understand why people praise CBS/Paramount's TV-DVDs, they take the time to make it look as good as possible (except for that one show set in Milwaukee). If they didn't replace music, I would have no real reservations about their sets.
As for the ratings, here's what I got out of The Complete Directory to Prime Time Cable and Network TV Shows, compared to the other prime time soaps, including those that came and went quickly (I do not include shows that have continuing storylines but do not fall into the category ["don't-call-me-a-soap soaps" if you will], like Hill Street Blues). Their charts only go track from 1st to 30th place, so I consulted the individual entries in this book and Total Television for sub-30th placings:

Does anyone know where to find complete ratings charts for each year? Searching online has come up empty other than regurgitations of the tops from the major TV reference books.
