DVI to S-Video or other? (1 Viewer)

I have a video card on my computer with an dvi-out. I was wondering if there was such an adapter that would allow me to convert that to s-vid, or component, or composite..something to connect it to my television.

Does something like this exist?

What brand video card do you have? ATI has a DVI-Component converter, but I've read that it may only work with ATI cards.
