hi guys

I have one of these units left over from the Power Buy and do not want it collecting dust. It is new in the box. I am an authorized DVDO seller so the buyer will have the full warranty.

This is the 50Pro with a retail price of $3499 not the the vp50 that has a retail price of $3000.

My price is $2299 then add $15 to ship in the US. This is for 1 processor that is an overstock item and I need to get it out of my lab.

Please email me at [email protected] or call 201 232 3380 to purchase.

thanks

Gregg

Can it upscale a 720p signal via HDMI to 1080i/p and then pass it over the component outputs? If it can, would you ship to Canada?

hi
yes you can go from 720p to 1080p (or 1080i), no you can not switch to component as that is a copyright violation (on encrypted digital signals).
Yes I can ship to Canada.

Hi. Thanks for the response. I sort of suspected it couldn't do what I asked about, but I thought I'd check anyway. Still that is a steal of a deal for that unit. I'd snap it up if I could get any benefit out of it right now, but I would have to upgrade the old video chain to get any real use out of it. Guess I'm going to have to eventually bite the bullet and decide on a video upgrade path. Thanks again.

Amended: Would this unit help in alleviating the HF filtering that plagues the Toshiba HX81 series of RP sets? See. I'm deperately trying to come up with rationalizations to buy this unit since I think that it is a pretty good deal for an outboard video processor. :)
