How do I find out when a certain movie will be release on DVD.. specifically brotherhood of the wolf?

You could always check with an online distributor like Amazon for a release date of that disc.

1) Check major dvd site like DVDfile, TheDigitalBits, etc.
2) Check sellers like Amazon or Lasersedge.
3) Do a search here for the title, and find one of the many discussions:
