DVD recorder with HDMI - which to choose? (1 Viewer)

I'm looking for a DVD player that has the following features:

- DVD record, dual layer
- HDMI upconversion
- DV input
- DivX support

It seems the following models come pretty close to what I'm looking for:

Panasonic DMR-ES15S; $239.99
Panasonic DMR-ES25S; $289.99
Samsung DVD R-135 - $239.99
LG LRA-760; $289.99
Samsung DVD R-130; $189.99
LG LRA-536; $219.99
Daytek DR5102; $149.99

Samsung offers the R-145 which adds dual-layer (don't think the 135 does)

Any suggestions? I just returned an LG player that had some problems, but of the list, the LRA-760 looks the best, but I don't really trust LG anymore.

Nobody with a preference for one over the other? Can anyone comment on their experiences with Toshiba vs. Panasonic vs. LG vs. Samsung?
