DVD Profiler Problems (1 Viewer)

Hello-

I need some help... DVD profiler always locks up on me when ever I try to download the list of movies for the program. Every time I lock up at the same area/percent when downloading.

What do I do?

I have had this happen a couple times to... although I am not a computer expert (so I dont know if there is a correct way) What I have done is just go back to dvd profiler and re-download it........ Always works for me and dont worry you dont lose any of your dvd info
