When I try to Add a DVD by clicking on the Add DVD button on the toolbar it starts to connect to their website and downloads the data.
That's usually what happens, however for almost a week when it starts to dowload it skips the Online Profile List, Alias List and the Online Retailer Information and only downloads the Online Pricing Information.
Which means that for nearly a week I have been unable to get any updated DVD Profiles.
Is something wrong with their website or has there simply been no updates that I can download?
Anybody else have this problem in the past week or so?
