I'm looking to watch a Slide Show from Pictures that I burned onto a CD/R. Will all DVD Players that work with CD/R work or do you need a special players to view the pictures? I'm looking to get the Toshiba SD-K615.

    Thanks

No, you'll need to get a player that specifically can handle picture CDs.

Steve visit a friend that has this capability, more players will read CD- then CD + your post had a slash. Ken or I can't help you unless you specify what player you have and what format it views. My Toshiba SD-4800 will view .jpegs. [IMG]

I'm looking at the Toshiba SD-K615, its actually for a friend. I have a Pioneer Elite DV-37. My friend wants this player since its pretty cheap, but I can't find anywhere if it reads JPEGS!

    Thanks

i bought the toshiba sd-4800 two weeks ago. it does play jpegs in a slideshow fashion and for $165, it is a great player...especially is you are going to be utilizing progressive scan.
