dvd player for PAL?????? (1 Viewer)

Are there any chance that my Toshiba sd-2710 dvd player read pal, altough it was never advertise as so. Or do they always mention it when they do?
The reason is that i'm very interested by a film region free but in PAL format.

It is unlikely that it will convert PAL --> NTSC, which is what you need. Indeed, it is unlikely it will even play PAL.
Many players play PAL and NTSC, but these are usually non-Canadian or American players. Furthermore it seems that when they do the conversion from one format to another, they tend to go NTSC --> PAL.
A few notable players do PAL --> NTSC though including the popular Malata here (which I've avoided because of the bugs).
My modified Apex also does it, but it isn't great at it.
