    Hi all,
My DVD order from Amazon.com got lost in the mail.
The post office didn't know where my package is and
the guy who usually do the mail delivery (USPS) also
    doesn't have a clue.
I don't know what to do, so I would like to get opinions
from you guys, who may know what to do in case like this.
Do I have to just give it up? Any possible ways to
    get a replacement?
    Thanks in advance

Go find the amazon customer service number and call them. They should send you another dvd. At least they did with me. [IMG]

This happened to me once with an order from DVDPlanet. After I called them, they promptly sent me a new copy. Good Luck!!

I'm in a similar situation with my last order - I emailed Amazon, and after asking me to wait another 10 or so days, to be sure it would not come, they have now said they will send me a replacement copy.
When I first started buying movies from Amazon they sent shipments by a courier type service, which allowed them to track orders, but the last few have been by post, and it looks like postal theft may have struck...
Apart from business' concern for dishonest customers, it seems that Amazon is willing to risk the cheaper delivery methods, and compensate customers for the occasional one that goes astray..
