Has anyone else received a black Godfather DVD T-shirt from them or anyone else?? I was unaware of such promotion. It's very classy, just simple black with the gold Godfather DVD Collection logo on the upper right portion of the shirt. It was a very nice bonus when I opened my package form Empire today.

DVD Empire does these types of promotions for some of their big items; when I ordered Simpsons: Season One, they sent me a cute Homer Simpson keyring. [IMG]
William, go to the main page of DVD Empire and check the bottom; there you will find similar promotions for Planet of the Apes, Final Fantasy and Sopranos: Season Two. Kinda reminds me of DVD Express' little promotional items (I still have the Fight Club soap and the Magnolia sticky frog).

    No T-shirt for me. [IMG]
But it's nice to know that DVDEmpire is still one of the most reliable DVD e-tailers around. So I still give them: [IMG]
I'll still accept one if they want to send one though. [IMG]

I was very happily surprised to receive one! I was curious why the box looked rather large at first. [IMG]

    Uh oh....
If the box is too big to fit inside my mailbox, my wife is gonna see it when the mailman leaves it on the porch.
    Oh, well. [IMG]

Wow, I'm jealous! I spend about $300 a month on DVDs exclusively from DVDEmpire (paying both sales tax and shipping because we're both in PA), and I've yet to receive any sort of promo item from them. Oh well. Great customer service though.

If they really wanted to pack-in an extra, they should have made it the "Don Corleone Fun Pack" featuring: clip-on mustache, cheek inserts, and plastic orange peel.

That's funny, I haven't bought the GODFATHER set (yet) and I woke up this morning to find a horse head in my bed. [IMG]
