Is there a DVD Database available for PocketPC????
I just purchased a Toshiba e740 and would love to be able to carry my extensive database with me.
I'm using DVD Profiler on my laptop and love it! Has anyone heard if they'll be a PocketPC Version of it??? I'd gladly pay a 2nd registration fee for that one!

    Jenna,
Nothing specific to DVDs but any of these software packages can be used for that purpose.

    • SQL Server 2000 Windows CE Edition
    • Pocket Database by Surerange
    • Visual CE by Syware
    • PocketCard by obsolution
    • Oracle 8i Lite by Oracle
    • Mbrane Touchpoint Solutions
    • Resco ADOCE Manager by Resco Remote Solutions

You could probably download your DVDProfiler file and import it into the PocketPC.
FYI, you DVDProfiler link doesn't work. You get a Critical Error...

Thanks for the info Troy! You obviously are very familiar with PDAs.
By any chance, have you [or anyone out there] successfully imported a DVDProfiler file into a PocketPC????
Also, I clicked on my DVDProfiler link [above] and it worked just fine. Maybe you tried when the server was down. Please try it again and let me know if you're still having trouble. Thanks for letting me know though!

I just export my collection from DVD Profiler and save it in Excel. I then just copy it to my PPC. Not ideal I know, but it allows me to carry a simple list which is all I really want.

I also export my title information to Excel spreadsheets and then download to my PocketPC. It's works good enough for my purposes.
