I recently upgraded my old Bose AM6 setup to a pair of Paradigm Studio 60's. I've got the 60's connected to a Yamaha RXV-595 receiver (DD, DPL). My problem concerns setting up the audio output from my Panasonic A-105 DVD player (connected with digital coax, also used as a CD player). The player has the following options under the Digital Audio Output menu:

    1. LPCM (DVD) ---> (Off or PCM)

    2. Dolby Digital ---> (Bitstream or PCM)

Considering that the receiver decodes DD and DPL, and the sound is only being output by the left and right channel (with a phantom center) which settings should I select on the DVD player? Also, when viewing DVD's with Dolby Digital and Dolby Pro Logic soundtracks, should I set the receiver to the DD or DPL setting, or should I turn the audio processing off for straight 2ch stereo(Effect Off)? I really want to get the best performance out of my new gear, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
