Two options. The harder (and better) one is to split the NAD's preouts, send one limb back to the NAD and the other to the sub's normal inputs (the HT receiver should be connected to the "external xover jack"). The other is to run the speaker wires through the energy's speaker level lugs then the speakers out of the sub. In either case, you should be careful not to have both amps on at the same time.

* If your sub has stereo line level inputs:
Get 2 RCA Y-splitters - male-male-female (make sure they're good quality, as good as the rest of your interconnects). Replace the preout-to-main-in jumpers with these Y-splitters, hooking up the two male RCA plugs into the preout and main-in (one Y-splitter for each channel). Run a pair of RCA interconnects from the two female connectors to the inputs on your sub.
* If your sub does not have stereo line level inputs:
You cannot do the above and use a 3rd Y-splitter to combine left and right into a mono input for the sub. The reason is, this will short the left and right signal paths going into the C370's main amp, and your whole system will become mono. Here, you have two options:
(a) Get an external active crossover. Paradigm makes one, and Marchand ( http://www.marchandelec.com
