I read an oinion about loosing signal via spliting the signal with 2 sets of wires. What about an audio electronics gut looking at this one. Still to sets of wires, more wire more signal?

    Matt,

    First, welcome to the Forum!

I’m afraid I find your post a little confusing – I have no idea what an “electronics gut” is. Plus, your thread title mentions jumpers, but there is nothing about them in the text...??

If you’re trying to find out about possible losses due to splitting a signal, the answer is that the only loss is a slight reduction in signal level. Nothing to be concerned about.

    How about this Wayne:

What about Bi-Wiring with jumpers in?

I read an opinion about losing signal via splitting it with two sets of wires.

What about an audio electronics guy looking at this one?

Still, two sets of wires...more wires, more signal??

I believe the poster wants to bi-wire and perhaps leave the jumpers on his speakers connected.

    I agree with your answer.[IMG]
