I just checked, Warren, and yes it has been previously released.

My apologies. I simply scan Amazon twice a day for new titles and sometimes it's very difficult to discern that it may have been previously released.

I am certain the transfer is the same. Whether there is added features, specs or simply a price adjustment is something I am unaware of.
