Their is a big article in today's (1/18) NY Post. It says that David Duchovney will be come to the show for the finale. I am not sure if NY Post.com has the story or not.

I wonder if they are picking up on/interpolating from Chris Carter WANTING him to return - which is quite a different thing. I think it would be good for him and the X-files for him to return as a segue into films.

Isn't the Post a tabloid? Can it be trusted? I mean, if Duchovny was coming back, wouldn't it be all over the entertainment news?

I want it to be true, but I'm scared to believe right now. But I know...The Truth is Out There.

Some people call it a tabloid, but it is owned by News Corp., which owns 20th Century Fox too, which might be why they have X-Files articles every now and then.

All tabloid means is that it opens side-to-side like a book, unlike the Times which folds over (broadsheet)

The Post is a wild and wooly paper, to be sure, but it isn't a tab in the sense of the Weekly World News. Their entertainment reporting is as reputable as any daily. Now, their spell checker, that's a different story...

It's funny you mentioned that Gil, because I've also noticed they make lots of spelling mistakes.

Whether people wnat to call it a tabloid or not, it definitely makes reading the newspaper fun.
