Am wondering if anyone has come across an answer to this question? Why are movies available in DTS in one region and not another? I have come across a few movies that are available in DTS but for another region. It does not seem like the DVD players that do multi region are of great quality. Just wondering why DTS movies are available in different areas. If anyone has the answer please let me know.

P.S. Would love to see Star Wars episodes released in DTS format :) Please Mr. Lucas

Sadly I am afraid you are very correct in your statement young jedi, lol. And since George Lucas is very good friends with Ray Dolby we will moste likely be stuck in Dolby Digital Hell, lol.
