I have but only a couple requests for the forthcoming A.I. DVD.
First off A commentary track would be wondeful. I know how Spielberg has shyed away from doing this on all of his movies but what about Jan Harlan or Chrhrisine (sp?) Kubrick. They already did that interview with Charlie Rose before the film came out.
And Speaking of Charlie Rose how 'bout putting that episode on the DVD too? Charlie Rose shows have appeared on DVD Before (Cast Away, Rushmore:Criterion) It would be a wonderful little tribute to the Man that thought up A.I.
I just wanted to put my two cents in, thanks.

I'd love to have the Charlie Rose tribute to Kubrick included on the AI DVD. It was an excellent show. But of course if that takes away from the amount of space devoted to discussing AI, than I'd rather focus on AI extras. :) I really want to see everything Kubrick had developed for the movie - Storyboards, treatment, etc.

Yes, my main desire for this DVD is just some of the wealth of material Kubrick handed over to Spielberg including the drawings and some of the notes. It doesn't have to be all of it, but some of the more pertinent stuff is a must for this set.

Agreed! I'd welcome an absolute wealth of stills galleries of original and production artwork along with a nice detailed featurette about who was behind the infamous AI website game and how it was made. Be a crime not to include such an extra.

1) Do not alter the film in any way.
2) Consider a feature-length commentary.
3) Include the short stories in text format.
4) Behind the scenes documentaries, effects, actors.
Being that it's a Dreamworks release, I have no doubt it will be amazing. I can't wait.

All the pre-production stuff, script permutations, etc....
But let me put in a special request. If possible (with the blessings of the Kubrick family), please consider including those famous facsimiles between Stanley and Steven!
