Dreamworks (& others) - Don't ever do this again!!! (1 Viewer)

What I am referring to is the sticker that was placed directly on the plastic case of the Shrek DVD. It cannot be peeled off without ruining the plastic shield of the case. I want Dreamworks to send me another replacement case.
Next time, use a sticker that can be removed, or else put the dumb sticker on the outside wrapping.

I totally agree. If your going to stick something onto the case itself, make sure its a light adhesive like used on post-it notes. This super stick stuff you used for the free give away is awful.

Add me to the list of those that now need a replacement case from Dreamworks.
This is a great DVD set, but a MAJOR blunder in ruining the packaging.
How do I get another case?
Does anyone have an email address or phone number for Dreamworks?
I couldn't find anything on thei website.

Put this on top of the outer wrapper or inside the case as an insert, but never on the outside of the case. As a collectible for the family or avid DVD fan, this packaging is a mess.
