MORE DATES/LEGS COMING SOON!!! (US in July/Aug - Europe in Sept/Oct/Nov - Asia, South America and Australia(?) to follow...) I hope they go further south then NYC. I would kill to have a show at either merriweather or Nissan pavillion.
If you think the first CD is great, their second CD, "The Fullness Of Time" will blow your mind. To my ears, it is leaps and bounds better than the first album.
I'm still digesting the new album, so I don't have an opinion on it yet.
That's right. Porcupine Tree, Rush, Planet X, Dream Theater, and Megadeth (am I missing anyone?) all right after one another. Then there's the Tool show May 16 (hooray for my first Tool show), and DT is actually making it to Dallas this time. The Rush show was just too expensive.
Anyone else looking forward to the new Planet X? (Moonbabies is my 2nd favorite album of all time. SFAM is #1.)
Lacuna Coil and Within Temptation is going to be here next week. (Which I'm going to end up missing because I didn't hear about it soon enough and it is sold out) In the fall we get Symphony X, Kamelot and Leaves' Eyes, Sonata Arctica, Edguy, Nightwish with new lead singer, and After Forever.
Unfortunately, it looks like I'm going to miss most of these shows because of conflicts.
thanks for the early info. Anyone into the band Into Eternity who is also touring with DT. I've seen them on Headbangers ball and they were a screamo/death metal band with some progressive elements.
