I am a bit ashamed to admit that I would love to have this title on DVD but it does have a great performance by Jason Robards and this is one of the best perfomances by Corey Feldmen that there is! Anybody else have any desire for this one? I finally got Eddie and the Cruisers, The Sandlot is soon to be on DVD and now I want Dream a Little Dream!

I agree. This movie is a lot of fun to watch. Good soundtrack too.
I have a copy of the VHS video tape, but it looks horrible.

My ex-girlfriend would love to see Dream a Little Dream on DVD. It's one of her favorite junk movies. I've only ever seen it on cable with an almost unintelligible soundtrack, though. I wonder if a clean track exists...

I loved that girl in it...I think her name was Meredith Salinger or something like that. Did they make a sequel to this?

A sequel (aptly named "Dream a Little Dream 2") was released about five years after the original. From what I saw of the it, it was pretty pathetic. Feldman and Haim were the only returning cast, if that gives you any indication. [IMG]
In fairness- I couldn't get all the way through it, though.

Oh god I can't believe I just sat thru that little "Oz" thing just to get a glimpse of Meredith (who happens to be JD's neice).
Her... assets (sorry) are like the gorilla in the room that no one wants to talk about. We need to see more of her, soon.
"Dream A Little Dream" is actually pretty interesting, if you can ignore the michael jackson idiocy. It explores some interesting issues: aging, what is real vs what is not real, love, etc. It's one of those little discoveries that makes you smile. I'd definitely be up for seeing it in its OAR.
    And, oh, Meredith... [IMG]

    A definte buy for me.

The October disc is due from Artisan. I'm expecting their usual trash. Let's hope I'm wrong.

There was rumour of an anamorphic release in Germany but it never appeared.
