Wish these were out singly - most of these are already available in Blu on other sets. Only two new titles. Don't know if I'll go for it right now.
Yes, I only really want Son Of Dracula, I have the big set & the Frankenstein set, but I don't mind a doubling up on a few titles, as these sets are not that expensive.
Same thing happened with the wolfman set only 2 new movies. One good and one bad so I passed on that. At least with this one the 2 new movies are both good so I will get this when I see it at an even lower price.
The title of this thread tricked me though I thought they were adding something from the 50's. This set stops at 1948 so the title is in error.
As long as it's not stated, the censors are too dumb to notice.DRACULA'S DAUGHTER is actually quite good also. There are sexual overtones in this film that I am surprised got by the censors.
It was made before 1934 so it was a pre-code film. and Yes it is a very good film.DRACULA'S DAUGHTER is actually quite good also. There are sexual overtones in this film that I am surprised got by the censors.
One could get WEREWOLF OF LONDON and SHE-WOLF OF LONDON separately on Blu from Europe.
I wouldn't worry because they're almost definitely using the same Dracula disc that was in the Universal Monster set and that disc had both the English and Spanish language versions.Odd the Spanish-language version of Dracula isn't included.
She-Wolf was never released on blu-ray before the set. It was only on DVD
Odd the Spanish-language version of Dracula isn't included.
If the previous sets are any indication. The has been no re-mastering done or the discs that were already released in previous monster sets ....As a followup to my last post, the back cover art for this is up on Amazon and it does list the Spanish language version of Dracula as being included as an extra.
