    DR KATZ.

That's all. I just wanted to say, "DR KATZ." I am implying nothing, really. I just felt like saying, "DR KATZ." I'm actually saying it out loud as I type it: DR KATZ.

    DR KATZ, says I.

Just saying it, you know? Just to hear it being said: "DR KATZ."

You get the message. I'll say it three more times:

DR KATZ. DR KATZ. DR KATZ.

That's all. Thanks for your time.

PS - Any teeny inkling of news about DR KATZ on DVD? Anything? [IMG]

I say "Dr. Katz" all the time, but never hear Comedy Central responding.

Maybe if we all say it, "DR KATZ," just say it, maybe, the people who are in charge of these things will hear us thru the ether and bring us DR KATZ. Not that I'm asking for it or anything. No no. I'm just saying, DR KATZ, is all.

Say it with me: DR KATZ. Simple, no? Just simply, DR KATZ.

    DR KATZ.

    Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

    Say it with me...

I say, you say, we all, apparently, say: "DR KATZ."

    Try this at home, kids.

Rhino? Comedy Central? Jonathan? Are you listening to what we're saying?

People have suggested that, like music rights, the rights to the standup material may be difficult to clear for a DVD release. I honestly don't know how that works, but if they do have to get approval from each comedian and personality who made a guest appearance could be problematic. In any event, I'd buy "Dr. Katz: Professional Therapist" without hesitation. I already have his appearances on "Mr. Show with Bob and David" and "South Park", that's a good start!

Per tvshowsondvd.com, Dr Katz THE COMPLETE SERIES is coming to DVD in November 2007. I guess this means double dipping since I already own seasons one and two, but it will be totally worth it!

I just wish they had done the whole series from the get go.

What person would want just one season of a show like this?

    Well...I am very happy!

Mine arrived today. A nice compact set for 13 discs... it's got that "book" style setup where each disc is on a thin plastic "page". Nice and easy to switch discs. Also, the booklet is a treat, with some witty autobiographical memoirs from Katz and some tributes from many of the guests.

Sadly, it appears that no additional commentaries were recorded... the only ones listed in the booklet are from S1 and S2. [IMG]
