And it's not that Shout consistently does it to its releases.

They've done it to quite a few releases. They just released The Burbs which is inferior to the Arrow release. Their Herzog titles have DNR while the UK releases don't (they were both sourced from the same restorations).

I'm going to order the Canadian release of Downfall as it appears to be the best option at this point.
