How many VHS titles are still in your library?
I've been selling/dumping my VHS colection since 1999 through resellers, online auctions, Goodwill, etc. I recently took a box of movies to Half-Price Books, including Lion King. Wanted to get a few bucks for it while I still could.
I did an inventory last night, and I only have the following movies left:
1. Star Wars Trilogy WS
2. Indiana Jones Trilogy WS
3. Casino Royale (1954 TV version; contains "lost footage"
not on DVD)
4. A Christmas Story (Refuse to buy P&S DVD)
5. Hardware Wars SE (Probably never make it to DVD)
I do still have a packing-box-o-crap in the attic with things I've taped off of TV, a video on how to stop your baby from crying, the instructional video to the washer/dryer, The Star Wars Holiday Special, etc.
I no longer own a cassette deck (except in my car); I wonder if there will come a day when I have no VCR.
Brad
P.S. I think I have a copy of Howard the Duck in that box in the attic, but I refuse to admit it's part of my collection.
