double image on x1 (1 Viewer)

I just got my x1 today and I am in the process of
setting it up. However when using my gamecube with the
component cables I get 2 images on the screen. Any ideas?

A bit more information would be useful. Are the images side by side, or is one above the other? Is one centered and the other off-center? And they both full-color, or 'tints'? Is one image more like a ghost of the other, or are the both solid?

Also, I assume it's two images of the same thing, and not two different images.

Have you tried swapping cables? Do other sources work on the same input?

i think it was because I was trying to send a progressive signal through the svideo adapter, i need to order the component to vga adapter from what i can gather
