anyone have this.
i was thinking about picking one up and was curious as to what it does/says when it's turned on while you use your computer. and does it get annoying/boring quick?

I once used really long startup and event sounds, over a minute in some cases. That configuration lasted about an hour.
I imagine it would be the same type of annoyance that the dot-pal Homer would surely provide.
Besides, why take up resources AND a USB connection with this non-critical piece of hardware?
Just get a Homer 6" figure, put him on top of your monitor and use Doh! as an error sound and you will be just as happy!
