I think its just the packaging.

This should be a steelbook repackaging of Arrow's newer version, which includes a new 4K-sourced transfer, and a new documentary on the film.

If you have the Fox Blu-ray edition, you're getting a new transfer and a new bonus feature. If you have the Arrow Blu-ray edition, it's just different packaging.

Both the Fox and Arrow Blu-ray editions include the theatrical and director's cuts.
