Ok this co worker of mine was telling me that during the Westminster Dog Show that there was a small dog there who looked like a horse with a mane and everything.

Does anyone know what breed this might be?

I thought it might be funny to get one, a dog, shaved like a horse and name him Flipper[IMG]

I don't think it was that, he would have known that name.
It was supposed to be bigger I think and hairyer.

A dog that looks like a horse named after a dolphin. I find that pretty humorous.

I checked with him, it isn't a Mexican Hairless, but he still has no clue as to what breed it is.

You sure it wasn't actually a miniature horse? You can buy real live horses the size of dogs, you know...

He said he saw it at the Westminster Dog Show so I really don't think it is a actual horse. Just a medium haired dog shaved like a horse for the show. It must be a breed cause he said they were all like that.

I couldn't find anything at the Westminster site but I probably just didn't get far enough in the site to find the breed.

You can try poking around here at the AKC site breed listing. There are thumbnails of the dogs with links to details.
