Does Yamaha make there own DVD players ? (1 Viewer)

In the old days they were a Panasonic OEM. I'm looking for info on the YAMAHA DVS5750

There's plenty of contact options on Yamaha's website that you'll see where you can fire them off some specific, technical questions. I've done this and they usually get back in a relatively timely manner.

Thanks, Eric. The jandr website was the first placed I noticed this player. Looks like there are no reviews yet.

Nothing real substantial yet. Looks promising, though. Is there a dealer near you where maybe you could take it for a spin?

I just checked out this player at BESTBUY. It wasn't connected to a monitor so I couldn't judge it's video qualities yet. It seems to be a simple player (no DVD-A/SACD). Very pleasing asteticaly. They had it for $149 and it was made in Singapore.

Almost forgot....it supports DivX playback
