OK, I have been looking all over creation for a song from the movie "Romeo Must Die." I do NOT want the edited version. I cannot find the soundtrack anywhere, not used, not new, not online, nowhere. I have been looking for months. Also, the group, "Confidential" does not, as far as I can find, have a CD. I would GLADLY buy this CD if I could find it. So, if I have a chance to get the song free via an MP3, is it still considered stealing if I have legitimately been looking for it for months, cannot find it, and the label will not re-release the "explicit lyrics" version?

Get the MP3 version. If you find the CD later, get that if it makes you feel more honest. After all, you can't steal what's not there.
