I've seen the H/k 320 listed with DTS-ES, but does it do Dolby Digital EX?

I am trying to decide between it and the Onkyo 600. Will the 320 sound better than the onkoy 600 with 6.1/7.1 (with an extra stereo rear surround amp)?

I read in another post the Onkyo uses matrix, not discrete EX/ES, is that true? Will that make the 320 sound better since it has discrete?

Ok, then will I be better getting the Onkyo 600 which does both digital and dts es/ex but may only be matrix and can't be upgraded to 7.1 (which I probably won't do unless external amps come down a LOT)? I'm thinking yes...

The Onkyo 600 does decode DTS-ES Discrete, along with DTS-ES Matrix and DD-EX Matrix. it also has support for DTS Neo:6 and parameter adjustment for DD Prologic II. However, it doesn't have any preouts except for one for the subwoofer. From what I've read, the HK 320/520 series do not decode DD-EX but have preouts for 7.1 channels.
