It's dreadful. Thank god they gave it its own chapter so I can skip the bloody awful 'song'.[IMG]

Seemed a little off the first time I saw it, but honestly, I can't say I wouldn't start reciting poetry if someone flew me around in his/her arms. Must be a survival instinct or something.

I can tolerate it...maybe it was just the enthrallment held over from being a kid or something.

I can deal with it, but I agree that it does kinda stop the movie cold a bit.

Makes me squirm. Or maybe the perpetual lack of a girlfriend has just made me bitter... [IMG]

Am I the only one who thinks this scene would work wonderfully without any words?

    I like it myself.

Then again, I think the score preceding and following that piece is wonderful as well. I think it all comes together greatly.

    Sincerely,

It's one of those "didn't really like it, but didn't ruin the movie for me" kind of things. I feel the same way about Jar Jar Binks in The Phantom Menace.

I agree with JonZ in that the scene would play much better with no narration, and just the score.
