Does anyone know of a foreign DVD of JOURNEY OF NATTY GANN (2.35:1)? (1 Viewer)

I had heard that in some region this Disney movie was available on DVD in its intended 2.35:1 ratio. Does anyone know if this is so? I have searched all of Amazon's foreign sites and the ratio is not specified (although the region 1 disc is identified as "full screen.") I really like this movie and it's obvious Disney doesn't give a f&$k about giving it to us here in widescreen. Our DVD of this fine adventure is shameful - looks worse than VHS!!

I saw the German R2 disc in store a few days ago and the cover indeed states that it's 2.35:1 anamorphic. My guess is other R2s are the same (the British one definitely is, just checked the back cover on DVD Profiler)
