    No.

There was a show where he had some cool action figures of Star Wars fans.

Yeah, that SW fan figures was hilarious. And I think Jimmy Kimmel did something about the SW line, but I dont watch that show so I dont know for sure.

From a source I have at Late Night....VERY unlikely any Triumph spot this year.

More later perhaps...but for now lips are sealed.

    Lemme guess a Triump movie?

Unless Robert Smigel is leaving the show. In which case say "I can't say anything about the matter". [IMG]

pretty difficult to top what he did the first time around. i think anything else would be lame in comparison.

I figured that even though it would be impossible to top the first time around, Triumph would go to an Episode III line just because it was the last SW movie and thus their last shot to goof on SW fans.

At least no one can say that Triumph copies himself[IMG]

Chelsea Handler (Girls Behaving Badly) goofed on the SW fans on Leno the other night. It was pretty hilarious.
Check it out. It's at the top of the list.

Goofing on SW fans has to be VERY CLEVER or else it'll just come across as cruel and unfunny.

That said, Triumph's work is one of the funniest skits in TV history!

I heard a funny bit on the radio...Some folks that call themselves the Reverchon Players in Dallas like to get together and read and act out lines from movies, plays, tv shows etc. The kicker is that these folks are just your everyday folks having fun, but english is not their first language by a long shot. This time out they read lines from ESB when Luke is in Yoda's home asking when he gets to meet Yoda and Obi-Wan begins to chime in. Imagine 3 people who can barely speak english and they are not familiar even at all with the lines they are reading trying to do this scene. One of the players kept reading Jedi as Jedee...even after being corrected... overall it was Hilarious. YMMV. I wish i could find the audio...

With Episodes One and Two, haven't the fans already been made fun of enough? I don't think you can really do anything that hasn't been done before with the lines.

NBC reruns the late night shows a week later, but your local station may air something else. If your local station airs it, it'll be on around 3:00am Thursday night/Friday morning.

It sure was milked out for all it was worth. [IMG]
