Does Anyone know how to reset a Yamaha HTR-5790? (1 Viewer)

By reset i just mean return it to all the factory settings. I know on the lower end htr's its in the manual but, i really do not like my settings right now and would like to start over from scratch. Any ideas?

if you mean the settings on the dsp levels....room size...mainly the menus in the different surround programs...just change the levels back to where the little * goes away from the name..when the * isnt there....the setting is stock....
