Does any one use Subwoofer PowerCenter™ SW 200 with Clean Power Stage 1 v2.0?

    i have one. it doesnt alter performance, and keeps the sub from blowing up. for $40, its worth it to me.

    An on-the-wall subwoofer plug-in typically is used where there’s not a good reach to a primary power center with its 6-12 plug-ins; and in this instance its function is for SURGE PROTECTION.

    Even these smaller surge protectors contain filters for RF/EFI but this is not so crucial for our low-frequency bass signal, especially using a coax (RG-6 or RG-59 type) shielded cable, so I tend to disregard Monster’s “clean power” marketing at this level as secondary.
