I purchased some Canare cable from them. They were fast and prices good. Many of the same products are available from Markertek. Be sure to compare prices.

I bought a pair of component video cables. Nothing spectacular just some good quality cables. They are basically just some DIY canare or belden cables. But Bluejeans cables has very fast deliveries, I ordered my cables on Friday and by Tuesday I had them.

They would be replacing Monster 101's.
Is it worth it or not?

I recently purchased their cables to replace my Monster Video 3 component cables. There was a marked improvement in the video quality. Definitely worth the money.

I am a HUGE believer in buying from Blue Jeans.

Not only do get a quality cable and fast shipping, but for twice the price you can buy MonsterCable that offers half the performance.

Plus... they could rework the old Calvin Klein ad..
"Nothing comes between me and my Canare's"

You should notice some improvement by using the Belden and Canare cables over the mid level Monster stuff. How much will depend on which cables they are compared to, the length and your components.

This statement though is a huge exaggeration: "for twice the price you can buy MonsterCable that offers half the performance"

You should also check out other brands if you are looking for cheap/affordable yet decent performing cables such as avcable.com that offers the Gepco brand. They are also broadcast cables that have similar performance to the Belden 1694a series.

To offer some balance though there are some posts on this and other forums that indicate some buyers of Belden/Canare cables (from Bluejeans and others) could tell no difference between them and the cheap retail cables they replaced.

The good thing about the custom cable makers is they have 30 day return policies so you can buy,try and return them if you do not like them.

Remember the ad "If you're not wearing Dockers, you're only wearing pants"?

I thought to myself, I never had any trouble just wearing pants.

    Now, I wear only bluejeans.
